Ingredients:
  • Bell Peppers Filled with Fetta
  • Char Grilled Artichokes
  • Baba Ganoush
  • Beetroot & Fetta Dip
  • Basil Pesto
  • Marinated Olives
  • Sliced Prosciutto
  • Salami
  • Assorted Crackers
  • Fresh Bread
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Cucumber Slices
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
Instructions:
  1. Dips and Pesto:
    • Spoon Baba Ganoush, Beetroot & Fetta Dip, and Basil Pesto into small bowls for easy dipping.
  2. Veggies and Cheese: 
    • Place Bell Peppers Filled with Fetta and Char Grilled Artichokes around the platter. Add marinated olives, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices for a burst of color and flavor.
  3. Meats:
    • Artfully arrange folded prosciutto and salami slices around the platter.
  4. Bread and Crackers:
    • Fill in gaps with slices of fresh bread and assorted crackers for variety.
  5. Garnish:
    • Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the top to add a refreshing touch and make it look even more inviting.
